Experiences to remember!

Experiences to remember!

Over the 8 weeks I spent at Cisco, I not only learned a lot but also had an incredible time collaborating with teams from across the globe. This experience will always hold a special place in my heart! 💞

Learning Experiences💡

1. Real-World Applications:

I gained insights into how designs translate into real-world products, focusing on both user impact and practicality.

2. TRIAD Meetings:

Collaborating with tech, research, development, and product teams offered me diverse perspectives. These sessions taught me how to align cross-functional efforts to solve complex problems..

3. Scoping the Project:

While designing for V.0.6, I learned the importance of considering timelines, technical feasibility, and business goals when implementing designs

4. Brand Vision Alignment:

Ensuring the design upheld Cisco's brand values and long-term vision was a critical part of the process.

5. Area of Interest

I loved working on this project because it involved emerging technology in an unexplored area. Tackling the unknown alongside multiple teams made it all the more rewarding!

Team Highlights 🎉

1. Trust and Responsibility

The team truly made me feel like one of them, entrusting me to lead TRIAD meetings from a designer's perspective and independently own a specific problem statement.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Working with a cutting-edge team was an inspiring experience, especially during the one-of-a-kind team dinners!

3. Positive Feedback

Wrapping up with a lot of encouraging feedback during my intern recap was the cherry on top.
