“Let’s do this differently.”
That’s something my teammates hear me say often and over time, it’s become a bit of a reputation. I love conversations, whiteboards, and the messy early moments where ideas begin to take shape 🙈

At DesignCoz, I work as a Product Designer (Workshop specialist). My role spans the entire product lifecycle, from early client conversations to end-to-end product delivery

I've worked on:

Turning discovery into direction

I lead discovery, definition and design thinking workshops for clients, users, and internal teams to help visualize ideas, clarify problem spaces, and align on product strategy. These sessions aren’t just about brainstorming, they’re about translating ambiguity into clear value propositions, USPs, and early UX frameworks that teams can actually build on.

Over the last year, I’ve led 5 workshops, resulting in:
3 client conversions into long-term development partnerships
Clear product definitions that shaped roadmap, scope, and MVP direction

From strategy to execution

Beyond workshops, I’ve contributed as a full-stack designer, supporting research, ideation, sketching, usability testing, and MVP launches. I’ve facilitated user research sessions, mentored teams through design thinking exercises, and helped balance business goals with technical constraints, contributing to a 70% client conversion rate across projects.

Working closely with design, product, and engineering teams, I’ve managed fast-paced timelines, incorporated peer feedback, and streamlined handoffs, reducing design-to-development time by 40% while maintaining consistency across key business KPIs.

Workshops aren’t just a phase, they’re a catalyst. When done well, they create alignment, trust, and momentum. Leading these sessions taught me how powerful it is to bring the right people into the room early, ask better questions, and design with teams instead of for them.

And honestly? That’s the part I love most! helping teams see their ideas more clearly, and watching those ideas turn into real products
